Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling full/partial sets of AP/AR and GL
  • Assist the financial manager in all accounting functions
  • Assist in bank reconciliation during month end
  • Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims & reimbursements
  • Checking/payment of suppliers/vendors’ invoices for payment processing
  • Issuing of cheques payment
  • Filing & others ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level, Certicate in Accounting , Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI or equivalent
  • At Least 1 year of similar working experience in Accounting (AP, AR and GL)
  • PC literate – MS Office software
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous & detail oriented
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • Able to start work on immediate/short notice
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
